At Kanishka’s Jewellery, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple return and refund process.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and unworn.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- All original tags, labels, and invoices must be included.
- The item must be returned in the same condition as received.
Products that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a return or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
- Nose Pins
- Toe Rings
- Earrings (if worn)
- Customized or Personalized Jewellery
- Clearance or Sale Items (if specified)
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support team.
- Share your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review the request and provide return instructions.
Return requests must be submitted within the eligible return period.
Return Pickup
Where available, we may arrange a return pickup through our logistics partners.
If pickup service is unavailable in your location, customers may be required to ship the product to our return address provided by customer support.
Refund Policy
Prepaid Orders
- Refunds will be processed after the returned product passes quality inspection.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Processing may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- Refunds will be processed through bank transfer or UPI.
- Customers may be required to provide bank account or UPI details.
- Refund processing typically takes 5–7 business days after approval.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Manufacturing defect
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photographs of the product and packaging.
- Our team will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Exchange requests must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns.
Products may be exchanged for:
- The same product (if available)
- Another product of equal or higher value (additional payment may apply)
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and the order will be treated under our return policy.
To request cancellation, contact our support team as soon as possible.
International Orders
For international orders:
- Returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
- Customs duties, taxes, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Products must meet all return eligibility requirements.
